1) Get Steam (create a new account if you have one with legit games, in the worst case you can get banned). 
2) Open the Disc Images and copy all the content into one folder on your HDD. 
3) Download Phoenix (this torrent), install and launch it. 
4) Instruments -> Update ContentDescriptionRecord -> Internet. 
5) Instruments -> SID Unpacker. 
6) Scan a SIM File -> Locate the Folder where you extracted the files. 
7) Select both entries in the bottom field and hit unpack. 
8) Choose directory and extract. 
9) Get the Cracked files from RELOADED or Skidrow here on this post (once it gets released) and copy them into your installation folder. 
10) Run the crack (which is yet to be released) and enjoy the game of the year. 

Steam must be running of course.
